This assignment is ideal for providers seeking concentrated week-long coverage blocks and a hospital-based Gastroenterology practice. Providers will perform inpatient consultations, endoscopy procedures, ERCP cases, and hospital rounding while working alongside experienced Endoscopy staff and APP support. Most overnight responsibilities are managed through phone consultation, making this a highly attractive opportunity for providers seeking strong compensation with manageable call expectations. Provider Pay: $5,000 per 24-hour coverage day Pay Ranking: Top 5% nationally among Gastroenterology locum opportunities (2026).
