- Build and maintain strong relationships with physicians, nurses, sterile processing teams, materials management, and hospital administrators.
- Deliver product education, training, and troubleshooting to ensure customer satisfaction and successful product utilization.
- Prepare sales quotations, service agreements, and assist with order status updates and customer inquiries.
- Coordinate product returns, service and repair requests, and manage demonstration equipment.
- Develop and execute compliant sales strategies with the local sales team to drive territory growth.
- Maintain accurate customer records, sales activities, and required reports.
- Attend sales meetings, training programs, and national or regional meetings as assigned.
- Complete all required compliance training, hospital credentialing, and company certifications.

- Minimum of 2 years of professional experience, preferably in medical device, healthcare, or a related industry.
- Strong presentation and customer relationship management skills.
- Experience supporting healthcare environments such as operating rooms, sterile processing departments, or biomedical teams is preferred.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
- Ability to travel up to 90% throughout the assigned territory and occasionally support customers in other U.S. markets.
- Ability to obtain and maintain all required hospital credentialing and facility access requirements.
What Will Make You Successful
- Passion for sales and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Ability to confidently present technical products and support clinical procedures.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot customer challenges in fast-paced healthcare environments.
