Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Minimum Requirements
* Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
* Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
* BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
* Home Care Home Base documentation experience required
Assignment Details
* Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
* No weekends required
* No on-call requirement
* Coverage area includes Marlboro, Dillon, and Marion counties
