Physical Therapist

Proactive Physical Therapy seeks a dedicated Physical Therapist to join our Healthcare & Medical Services team. In this outpatient role, you will evaluate and treat diverse orthopedic and sports injuries, design evidence-based care plans, and guide patients from acute recovery through long-term wellness. You will provide manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, gait and balance training, and patient education while documenting outcomes in our EMR. Collaborate closely with a skilled, interdisciplinary team in an inclusive, growth-focused culture that emphasizes mentorship, leading-edge rehab techniques, and ongoing professional development, all centered on exceptional patient care and quality of life.
