RN On-Call Hospice Nurse

Miracle City Hospice | Broadview Heights, OH & Surrounding Counties

Schedule: 7 On / 7 Off

Coverage Area: Lake, Geauga, and Cuyahoga Counties

What You'll Do

  • Triage after-hours patient and family calls, assessing needs and coordinating appropriate interventions
  • Provide symptom management, clinical assessments, and care plan updates
  • Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members to ensure high-quality, coordinated care
  • Support patients and families through challenging situations with empathy and professionalism
  • Perform clinical pronouncements and provide compassionate family support when needed
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation

What We're Looking For

  • Graduate of an accredited Registered Nursing program
  • Active Registered Nurse license in the state of practice
  • Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience
  • Strong clinical assessment and critical-thinking skills
  • Ability to provide compassionate care and emotional support to patients and families
  • Current CPR Certification
  • Valid driver's license and proof of insurance
