Inpatient Rehabilitation Registered Nurse

As an Inpatient Rehabilitation RN at Encompass Health, you’ll deliver specialized, patient-centered nursing care to adults recovering from illness, injury, or surgery in our acute rehab hospital. You will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans, coordinate closely with an interdisciplinary team, and provide education to patients and families to support safe transitions home.
