Physical Therapist (PT) - Acute Care

Acute Care Physical Therapist | Atlanta GA | PSLF + $5K Sign-On

We're partnering with a nonprofit hospital system in the Atlanta, GA area to hire a full-time Acute Care Physical Therapist (PT). This is a permanent, salaried role in a mission-driven hospital environment, ideal for PTs passionate about treating complex populations and building a long-term acute care career.

Day-to-Day:

• Acute care caseload of 8-10 patients per day
• Reasonable productivity expectations
• Treatment sessions structured around patient needs, not rigid time blocks
• Interdisciplinary rounds and care coordination with physicians, nursing, and rehab team
• Integrated hospital-wide EMR (Epic-based)
• Mix of ICU, step-down, med-surg, and neurosurgical floors

Compensation & Benefits:

Ideal Candidate:

• DPT or MPT from an accredited program
• New graduate physical therapists welcome (structured 90-day mentorship provided)
• Experienced acute care or neuro PTs strongly encouraged to apply
• Active or pending Georgia PT license
• NCS certification, neuro residency, or strong neuro rotation experience a plus but not required
• Team-oriented, strong communicator, servant-leader mindset
• Passion for patient-centered, evidence-based neuro care
