Nurse Practitioner II

Kaiser Permanente is seeking a Nurse Practitioner II TEMP Multi Facility to deliver high-quality patient care across multiple clinical sites. In this temporary role, you will perform assessments, diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions, prescribe medications, and collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams. You’ll leverage modern health IT systems for documentation, care coordination, and telehealth support.
