Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
- Active California Physical Therapist license required to start the assignment.
- BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
- Experience in skilled nursing facility (SNF) settings preferred. Client requires SNF and AL/IL experience.
- Experience with documentation and electronic medical record systems relevant to post-acute care preferred.
- Ability to manage caseloads typical of a 5x8 SNF schedule preferred.

- Facility Type: Skilled Nursing Facility.
- Shift Name: Days.
- Shift Details: Days 0830-1630.
- Assignment Length: 14 weeks (VMS Contract Weeks).
