Encompass Health seeks an Occupational Therapist to provide evidence-based, patient-centered rehabilitation for adults recovering from stroke, brain and spinal cord injuries, orthopedic conditions, and other serious illnesses. In this role, you will complete comprehensive evaluations, develop individualized treatment plans, and deliver therapeutic interventions to improve function, safety, and independence in daily activities. Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, educate patients and families, document care accurately, and contribute to quality and safety initiatives.
