We are a growing full service law firm employing some of the best attorneys in the area. We are currently on the search for a Senior Associate / Partner – Corporate and Commercial Transactions to join our team with a proven background in M&A and Commercial Transactions!

Job Details

As a Senior Associate / Partner – Corporate and Commercial Transactions on our team, we are looking for someone that has:

• Degree from accredited law school
• Admitted to NY Bar and licensed to practice
• 10+ years of experience in corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, commercial transactions, or a related practice area
• Book of business is a big plus but not required
