Schedule & Compensation

  • Full-Time Position (80 hours bi-weekly)
  • Hours: 11:00 am-7:30pm (close); every other weekend and Holiday (hours could vary based on business needs)
  • Pay: $75,000 annually

  • Ensures proper culinary standards and techniques are in place for preparation of food items, including production, presentation, and service standards.
  • Train, coach, and manage employees by creating a shared understanding about what needs to be achieved and how it is to be achieved thru continuous communication.
  • Ensure efficient execution and delivery of all culinary products in line with the daily menus. 
  • Maintain integrity of the standard food offer; responsible for always maintaining food quality and safety of all items. 

  • Minimum of 10 years in fine dining atmosphere preferred
  • Culinary education or equivalent experience preferred
  • Healthcare industry experience with older adults or in the retirement housing industrypreferred
  • Specific business experience with older adults or in the retirement housing industry preferred.

Education:

  • Formal Food Production education or equivalent experience preferred
  • High School Diploma or GED required.

Licensure/Certification:

  • ServSafe Certification required
