Volt is immediately hiring a Medical Device Assembler in Plymouth, MN 55442 As a Medical Device Assembler, you will: <ul> <li>Perform assembly, repair, and testing of medical catheters under close supervision in a regulated manufacturing environment.</li> <li>Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure compliance with FDA, GMP, and quality system requirements.</li> <li>Accurately complete paper and electronic documentation to maintain full product traceability and support quality investigations.</li> <li>Handle and assemble small components and precision parts, including work under a microscope.</li> <li>Adhere to all safety procedures and cleanroom protocols.</li> <li>Perform repetitive manual tasks such as grasping, pinching, pulling, twisting, and fine motor movements for extended periods.</li> <li>Sit or stand for prolonged periods while maintaining focus and attention to detail.</li> </ul> This is a full time, contract opportunity. Schedule: 1st Shift: 5:00 AM to 3:30 PM (Monday through Thursday) The ideal candidate will have: <ul> <li>Ability to read, understand, and follow written work instructions and verbal directions.</li> <li>Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality, accuracy, and compliance.</li> <li>Excellent manual dexterity and ability to manipulate small parts and tools.</li> <li>Comfortable performing prolonged microscope work.</li> <li>Ability to work in a cleanroom or controlled manufacturing environment.</li> <li>Basic computer skills for documentation and recordkeeping.</li> <li>Prior experience as a Medical Device Assembler or Production Assembler preferred.</li> <li>Previous cleanroom experience strongly preferred.</li> </ul> Pay Rate: $18.00 - $18.75 per hour. *Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc. Qualified candidates should APPLY NOW for immediate consideration!
