Physical Therapist (Sign on Bonus!)- Full Time

We're looking for a Physical Therapist or Physical Therapist Assistant to take on a full-time role with an outpatient clinic near Villa Rica, GA. You will help patients move better, feel better, and stay active—whether they are recovering from an injury or managing long-term conditions. Minimum Requirements:
* Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program (Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral) for PT applicants. Relevant accredited PTA program completion for PTA applicants.
* Active Georgia state license is required to start the position. PTAs must hold an active PTA license where applicable.
* BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
* Orthopedic experience preferred. Experience treating shoulders, knees, hips is desirable.
* Experience or comfort with neuro and vestibular patient treatment is a plus.
* Experience in outpatient clinic settings is preferred. Experience working in smaller clinic teams or with support techs is beneficial.
* Candidates with relocation needs will be considered.

Role Details:
* Facility type: Outpatient clinic on the west side of Atlanta, approximately 15-20 minutes between clinics.
* Clinic size: Smaller clinic settings typically staffed with either two PTs or one PT plus one PTA.
* Caseload: Patients scheduled on the hour. Return visits may be double-booked. Evaluations scheduled for one hour. Typical volume averages about two patients per hour, occasionally three per hour.
* Support: One clinic tech per site for assistance.
* EMR: TurboPT.
* Patient population: Primarily orthopedics with some neuro and vestibular caseloads. Minimal pediatrics at one clinic location.
* Hiring needs for PT or PTA at multiple nearby clinics including Villa Rica, Carrollton, and Douglasville.
