Full job description
Intercare Therapy is seeking a Clinical Supervisor to lead high-quality ABA services for children and young adults with autism. In this role, you will conduct assessments, design and monitor individualized treatment plans, and provide ongoing supervision and coaching to behavior technicians and junior clinicians. You will ensure clinical excellence through data-driven decision-making, ethical practice, and adherence to ABA best practices, while collaborating closely with families, schools, and healthcare providers.
