St. Mary's Health Care System (SMHCS) and St. Mary's Medical Group have an excellent full-time employment opportunity for a Board Certified or Board Eligible Family Medicine physician to join our St. Marys Sacred Heart Primary Care practice located in Lavonia, Georgia.

The selected candidate will join two established Nurse Practitioners in treating patients of all ages, from birth to death. The practice is located conveniently in a medical services building attached to Sacred Heart Hospital in Lavonia.

This is a rural opportunity and qualifies for several of the state's loan forgiveness programs, including the Physicians for Rural Areas Assistance Program (PRAA) and the Georgia Physicians Education Loan Repayment Program (GPELRP).

This is an excellent opportunity for an outstanding Family Medicine physician to join the St. Mary's Health Care System team.
