Location : Baytown, Texas
Practice Type : Privately-owned, single-location
Schedule : Flexible 4-day workweek Part-Time or Full-Time
Position Overview
We are seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible OB-GYN Physician to join our growing and diverse practice in Baytown, TX . This is an outstanding opportunity to become part of a transparent, collegial, and supportive team that values patient-centered care and provider well-being.
Position Highlights
- Scope of Practice: Full-spectrum OB-GYN care
- Patient demographics: Primarily women of childbearing age, with some adolescent and Medicare patients
- Pathologies: Wide range of gynecologic and obstetric care
- Procedures : Robotics (preferred), LEEPs, hysteroscopy, colposcopy, cryotherapy
- Deliveries & Surgery:
- Surgeries performed at HCA Southeast
- Deliveries at Methodist Baytown
- Clinic Setup :
- 2 FT and 1 PT Medical Assistants
- 2 front desk staff and an experienced Office Manager
- Athena EMR system
Qualifications
- Medical Degree: MD or DO
- Board Certification/Eligibility in OB-GYN
- Experience Level: Open to all experience levels, including new grads
Support & Mentorship
- New grads welcome
- Work alongside experienced CNM and physician with strong robotic surgery background
- Future opportunity to supervise APPs
