Shift Leader Requirements & Qualifications

• Customer service or food service experience within the FAST FOOD industry
• Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to lead and influence others
• Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Must meet minimum legal age requirements for managerial roles

Shift Leader Preferred Background & Skills

• Prior FAST FOOD restaurant experience
• Familiarity with restaurant systems (such as POS, KVS, or scheduling software)
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience

Shift Leader Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate crew members to deliver consistent performance and top-notch guest service
• Oversee daily operations, ensuring food safety, quality, cleanliness, and speed of service
• Provide coaching, on-the-job training, and support for new team members
• Handle basic cash management tasks and assist with inventory counts and waste tracking
• Address guest concerns promptly and professionally, driving guest satisfaction
• Ensure compliance with safety, health, and labor standards while maintaining a safe environment
