Seeking Experienced Babysitter for Elementary Child with Special Needs

I’m looking for a reliable, compassionate caregiver for my 7-year-old son, who is nonverbal and has autism. Responsibilities include: Keeping him safe and engaged. Diaper changes and help with potty schedule. Preparing simple meals and snacks. Playing with him and supporting his daily routine We have a beautiful, comfortable townhome in Worthington, and Im looking for someone who is patient, dependable, and kind. Experience with autism or special needs is strongly preferred. Reliable transportation is needed. If you love working with children and have a calm, caring personality, Id love to hear from you! I need coverage for 5 to 8 shifts a week with varying times.
