Kiosk Manager

Our client, a leading retail and food service organization, is seeking a Kiosk Manager to join their team. As a Kiosk Manager, you will be part of the Operations Department supporting the retail food environment. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Kiosk Manager

Location: Bellevue, WA

Pay Range: $30 Hourly

Shift: Thursday - Monday, 7am-4pm

What's the Job?

• Lead all daily kiosk activities, including opening, production planning, food preparation, merchandising, sanitation, shift handoffs, and closing.
• Personally prepare and oversee fresh prepared foods, including washing, cutting, portioning, packaging, labeling, and displaying produce and other approved products.
• Maintain strict food safety practices for handwashing, glove use, cross-contamination prevention, allergen awareness, date marking, labeling, storage, and time and temperature control.
• Monitor and document product, equipment, and cooler temperatures; take immediate corrective action and escalate any food safety or equipment concern.
• Recruit, onboard, and train new associates, reinforcing standard recipes, procedures, safe knife use, equipment operation, cleaning, and customer service expectations.

• Leadership skills with the ability to coach, organize, and maintain accountability in a fast-paced environment.
• Working knowledge of safe food preparation, sanitation, and safety practices.
• Ability to plan production, manage inventory, and maintain accurate records.
• Strong communication skills for professional interaction with team members, customers, and partners.
• Basic proficiency with workplace technology and operational record-keeping.
