Full job description
Company Name: Sunnyside
Perform daily cleaning routines and assist with frequent maintenance tasks and repairs to help keep building/facility grounds clean, safe and professional.
Provide and coordinate maintenance services and repairs as needed by departments, team leaders, staff and residents.
Follow a daily schedule that includes a safety revision of smoke and fire alarms, and inspection of emergency equipment to ensure things are operable and in compliance with local, state, and federal codes.
Able to perform daily maintenance goals and provide urgent repairs to ensure the facility runs smoothly and successfully.
Provide vital transportation services to residents in need of medical appointments, community-based programs, or other critical outreach facilities for the elders.
