RWJBarnabas Health, New Jersey’s largest integrated healthcare system, is seeking an OR / Surgical Tech I to support safe, efficient surgical care. In this role, you will prepare operating rooms, ensure instruments and equipment are sterile and ready, and assist surgeons and nurses throughout procedures. Responsibilities include maintaining a strict sterile field, performing accurate counts, handling specimens, and safely operating OR equipment.
