What You’ll Be Doing
- Engaging with clients: Connect with pet owners via in-person comms, providing support, education, and guidance on their pets’ health and well-being
- Vaccine administration: Administer canine and/or feline vaccines
- Medical-record documentation: Appropriately update patient records
- Collaborating cross-functionally: Provide feedback to improve processes, systems, and workflows
- Participating in training and process improvement: Contribute to telehealth initiatives, compliance, and team development
- Delivering top-tier client care: Provide empathetic, high-quality service while following clinical protocols and adapting to each case

Qualifications
- Credentialed Veterinary Technician (LVT, CVT, RVT)
- 2–3+ years of clinical experience in small animal veterinary medicine; emergency or specialty experience is a plus
- Empathetic, organized, and adaptable to a fast-paced, remote-first environment
- Proper vaccine handling, storage, and reconstitution
- SC/IM administration techniques
- Proper vaccine/site selection
- Sharps safety and appropriate disposal
- Emergency response and basic CPR procedures
- Comfortable with safe restraint and handling of dogs and cats
- Able to recognize and appropriately respond to potential vaccine reactions and other medical concerns
- Strong understanding of veterinary medical records and documentation
- Ability to work under the supervision and protocols of a licensed veterinarian
- Previous vaccine clinic, wellness, general practice, shelter, or high-volume veterinary experience preferred
