Experience:

• 12 months of experience with 3 months within the last 12 months.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a license (required for submission).

• This role may require floating to additional units and locations

• Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >50 miles from facility to be submitted.

• COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

• No current placement allowed at Program: Supplemental Program - Universal Health Services.

Additional Details:

Required Skills/Experience: At least 1 year Pre-Post Cath Lab Experience.

Shift & Scheduling: On-call requirement: M-F 3:30p-7am 2-3 times a week and Sat/Sun 24 hour every other weekend.

14 days maximum time off

2 Charge/Lead references required from within the last 12 months

Proof of identification required

Certifications:

• BLS (Basic Life Support)

• RCIS (Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist) or the alternative certification CI
