What You'll Be Doing
- Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical equipment to ensure safe and reliable plant operations.
- Perform preventive and predictive maintenance on conveyors, crushers, motors, pumps, and other production equipment.
- Install, align, and replace mechanical components to minimize downtime and improve equipment performance.
- Utilize maintenance systems, work orders, and documentation to support operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with operations and maintenance teams to identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities.
What Are We Looking For
- Demonstrated ability to diagnose, maintain, and repair industrial mechanical equipment.
- Strong knowledge of preventive maintenance practices, mechanical systems, and equipment reliability.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, diagrams, and equipment drawings.
- Commitment to workplace safety, teamwork, and operational excellence.
- Capability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and adapt in a fast-paced industrial environment.
Conditions of Employment
- Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States and comply with all company safety requirements.
Work Environment
- Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
