Minimum Requirements Associate‘s, Bachelor‘s, Master‘s, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA. Active New Jersey Physical Therapy license required to start the assignment. Current CPR/BLS certification from AHA or ARC required. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required for home health visits. Ability to provide services within the scope of practice for home health physical therapy. Client-specific requirement: willingness and ability to cover Atlantic County patients. Client-specific requirement: ability to meet a 40-hour weekly scheduling expectation. Client-specific requirement: ability to work evenings (Evenings ). Preferred: prior home health experience. This is desirable but not required.
