Optimal Care is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse to deliver high-quality, evidence-based patient care. In this role, you will perform comprehensive assessments, administer medications and treatments, and coordinate multidisciplinary care plans. You will document in the EHR, monitor changes in patient condition, and communicate clearly with physicians, patients, and families. RNs will educate patients on disease management, support safe discharges, and uphold infection control and safety standards while contributing to a collaborative, patient-centered environment.
