About KarMartKarMart is seeking experienced Automotive Technicians for its Chrysler/Dodge-focused shop in Burlington, WA. This Monday–Friday opportunity offers hourly pay plus production bonuses, consistent workflow, and no nights or weekends. Technicians can earn through a structured bonus plan while continuing to develop their Chrysler and Dodge repair skills through paid Mopar training.

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair automotive concerns based on technician skill level
• Perform electrical, drivability, and engine diagnostics for A-Level work
• Complete advanced troubleshooting and mechanical repairs
• Perform brakes, steering, suspension, and cooling system repairs for B-Level work
• Complete general automotive repairs independently
• Maintain quality repairs while supporting production goals

Qualifications

• 3+ years of automotive technician experience for A-Level opportunities
• 2+ years of automotive technician experience for B-Level opportunities
• Strong diagnostic and electrical skills for A-Level Technicians
• Strong mechanical repair skills for B-Level Technicians
• Own professional automotive tools
• ASE Certifications preferred but not required
• Chrysler/Mopar experience preferred but not required

Compensation & Benefits

• A-Level Technicians: $40–$47/hour + bonuses
• B-Level Technicians: $32–$38/hour + bonuses
• $150 weekly bonus at 45+ flagged hours
• $250 weekly bonus at 50+ flagged hours
• Up to $3,000 sign-on bonus
