Responsibilities:

  • Training-focused role with hands-on learning opportunities 

  • Learn to set up and operate machining equipment 

  • Perform quality inspections and measurements 

  • Read and interpret blueprints and setup sheets 

  • Develop knowledge of machining processes and materials 

  • Perform polishing, stoning, and finishing operations 

Qualifications:

High School Diploma, Technical Training, or equivalent degree
High level of commitment and flexibility
Willingness and ability to work shifts
Willingness and resilience to meet the physical demands of the position
Flexibility to work in a fast-paced and consistently changing environment
