Creighton University Phoenix Family Medicine Residency and District Medical Group seek a board-certified Family Medicine physician interested in academic medicine. This role combines a full-time outpatient practice with part-time teaching, supervision, and mentorship of residents and medical students in outpatient and inpatient settings. Responsibilities include clinical education, learner evaluation, faculty development, scholarly activities, and FAMILY MEDICINE ADJUNCT FACULTY

participation in residency conferences and quality improvement initiatives. The position offers structured mentorship, opportunities for educational leadership development, and a pathway to future Core Faculty roles. Arizona medical licensure and Family Medicine board certification or eligibility are required.

The FQHCs qualify for both the Federal and State HPSA Loan Repayment Programs and have a system score of 19.
