It is affiliated with the 3 main hospitals in the county and utilizes the Monterey Peninsula Surgery Center which has 5 locations.

Required Qualifications:

• Board certified or eligible in general otolaryngology starting summer of 2027.

Key responsibilities:

• Provide full spectrum of otolaryngology to a diverse population.

• Participate in 1 in 4 call rotation covering Salinas Valley Memorial Hospital and Natividad Medical Center (level 2 trauma center).

• Associate for one year with guaranteed base salary and production incentives on top. Typical associate makes $500,000+.
