Residential Living Assistant

Milton Hershey School seeks a compassionate Residential Living Assistant to support students in a structured, nurturing home environment. In this on-campus role, you’ll provide daily supervision, foster positive behavior, and assist with homework, routines, and life skills for children in grades pre-K–12. You will collaborate closely with education staff to promote student safety, well-being, and personal growth. Ideal candidates bring experience working with youth, strong communication skills, and a commitment to diversity and holistic child development in a residential school setting.
