• Clinic only -- 3 days per week, 8 am - 4:30 pm shifts
• 20 - 24 patients per day
• 60% GYN mix -- adjustable up to 100% GYN if needed
• Full scope clinic work -- OB and GYN preferred, GYN only considered
• Leave coverage -- retiring provider
• Hospital privileges required
