Shift: 6:30 AM - 5:00 PM

Experience:

• 12 months of experience with 3 months within the last 12 months.

• 22 months of Cardiac Cath Lab experience.

• Experience with Epic is preferred.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a California license (required for submission).

• This role may require floating to additional units and locations

• Local & travel allowed. Candidates living <50 miles from facility will be processed as local.

• Anyone who worked as Staff at a facility in this program in the last 6 months cannot be submitted.

• Anyone currently working at a facility in this program cannot be submitted.

Additional Details:

All positions at Providence Health & Services require that any and all lab items requested during onboarding be completed within 72 hours of signing a contract - no exceptions. This means candidates must be responsive and willing to go to a lab to complete health orders ASAP after signing. Failure to comply may lead to a pushed start or cancellation as assessed by the facility.

References must cover at least 1 full year of relevant experience in specialty within the past 3 years.

You must be able to complete labs within 48 hours of signing.

Required Skills/Experience: Sedation skills are required. IR RN or Cath Lab RN experience is required. If an IR RN, must have Epic experience; if a Cath Lab RN, Epic experience is highly preferred but can be limited. IR RNs must have neuro and vascular experience. First-time travelers are accepted only if they have two years of lab experience; this is a hard stop.

Preferred Skills/Experience: At least 2-room lab experience in a 250-bed facility is preferred. EP experience is preferred but not required.

Required Credentials: Cannot have any hits/suspensions on license or any background hits from any point in the past.

Special Requests: RTO must be listed at time of submission.

Unit Details: Adult and geriatric patient population.

Shift & Scheduling: Shifts will be any day Monday-Friday. Weekend coverage is call only. Call required: 7 days/month - 1 weekend/month (Friday-Sunday PM) + 1 day/week.

All time off requests must be submitted at application. Scheduling requests must be worked out with the manager directly upon starting the assignment. Any offers for this job will require a clear “Yes” or “No” response from the nurse within 24hrs or the offer must be declined.
