Encompass Health seeks a compassionate Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to support high-quality rehabilitation care in our inpatient setting. In this role, you will partner with occupational therapists to deliver hands-on treatments, guide patients through therapeutic exercises and ADL training, and document progress to support patient-centered goals. You’ll educate patients and families, ensure safe use of adaptive equipment, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team in a nurturing, dynamic environment that offers meaningful impact and strong career growth.
