• In-house call -- 14-hr night shifts, 5 pm - 7 am
• Preferred scheduling of 5 consecutive nights
• 30 - 40 deliveries per month
• No clinic -- labor and delivery coverage only
• Deliveries, C-section, VBAC, and emergency gyn surgeries required
• NRP, ACLS, and BLS certifications required
• We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly
