Make an impact, not just a report. As part of a PE-backed platform focused on growth and operational excellence, your work directly shapes strategic decisions — this isn't a role where you're buried in a silo of a massive corporate finance department.

Exposure across a complex, multi-site business. With manufacturing operations spanning multiple facilities and processes, you'll gain broad exposure to consolidated reporting, plant-level finance, and cross-functional collaboration you won't find at a single-site company.

Growth-stage energy with established infrastructure. You get the upside of a company actively scaling and optimizing, without the chaos of an early-stage startup — systems, processes, and leadership are already in place.

Work with industry leaders. Our clients include some of the most innovative names in tech, defense, aerospace, and medical — your work supports mission-critical, high-precision manufacturing programs.

A seat at the table. Private equity ownership means a sharp focus on financial performance and value creation — high visibility for finance professionals who want their work to matter to leadership.
