  • 1 week assignment -- clinical hours plus beeper call (1:1 ratio)
  • 30-minute response time required for beeper call
  • 10 patients per shift
  • Both inpatient and outpatient coverage required
  • Call volume: ~1 phone consult, 1 patient seen, 1 admission per 24 hrs
  • Bread and butter general surgery skills required
  • Scopes strongly preferred
  • Adult and trauma patient populations preferred
  • Paid malpractice insurance; pre-paid travel and housing expenses
  • Assignment details and time entry in online portal
