Material Handler

Our client, a leading manufacturing company, is seeking a Material Handler to join their team. As a Material Handler, you will play a key role in supporting warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, inventory management, and material movement throughout the facility. The ideal candidate will be dependable, detail-oriented, and organized, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Job Title: Material Handler

Location: Orchard Park, NY

Pay Range: $18/hour

Shift: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

What's the Job?

• Coordinate, stage, load, and unload raw materials and finished products.
• Maintain accurate inventory by identifying, labeling, and organizing materials within the warehouse.
• Record inventory transactions and material movements in the Epicor system while following FIFO procedures.
• Pick and distribute materials based on production schedules, job travelers, and pick lists.
• Prepare products for shipment by packing, labeling, and securing materials according to company standards.

What's Needed?

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Forklift experience required.
• Previous warehouse, shipping/receiving, inventory, or material handling experience required.
• Ability to accurately track inventory and complete required documentation.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Dependable attendance and commitment to maintaining a positive team environment.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.
