You’ll collaborate closely with internal teams and partner agencies to deliver work that connects brand and audience seamlessly. The role requires curiosity, confidence, and a deep understanding of how data, media, and creative intersect to drive results.

Workflow is PHD’s proprietary campaign planning workspace nested within Omni, OMG’s leading marketing orchestration and insights platform. It unites every aspect of our business in one connected space and provides a platform where our people can collaborate in real-time and build campaigns for their clients – from research and audience building to channel selection and optimization.
The role is varied and creative and the successful candidate will be responsible for architecting the communications ‘blueprint’, working with our partner agencies, and justifying its delivery against client brand and business objectives.
Our expectations
As Director, you will be responsible for developing and articulating communications strategies that guide the planning and investment teams toward delivering measurable business outcomes.
You’ll inspire teams and clients alike with how media can creatively bring ideas to life and act as a lever for growth.
You’ll serve as a day-to-day strategic lead and trusted advisor for senior client stakeholders, fostering strong relationships built on collaboration, transparency, and impact.
In partnership with internal and external teams, you’ll ensure alignment and integration across disciplines, from creative and media to data and technology.
You’ll measure the effectiveness of communications plans through clear KPIs, connecting media performance to brand and business growth, while nurturing curiosity and excellence within your team.
What you’ll need to succeed

Experience managing multiple projects and teams simultaneously.
Strong client relationship management skills and confidence engaging senior stakeholders.
A collaborative and empathetic leadership style that encourages growth and curiosity.
Experience leveraging consumer insights to shape strategic recommendations.
Familiarity with the integration of creative, media, PR, and other marketing disciplines.
Solid understanding of advertising, marketing, and media fundamentals — and how media channels work together to influence audiences.
Passion for culture, trends, and human behavior that shape how people connect with brands.
Excellent presentation and storytelling skills to engage and inspire clients and teams.
