Minimum Requirements
* Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
* Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
* BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
* Minimum of 1 year of physical therapy experience required
* Active Maine state license required
* Valid driver's license, car, and auto insurance required
* Experience with adult patients recovering from orthopedic surgeries, other surgeries, fall risk, deconditioning, and mobility issues required
Assignment Details
* Shift hours:
* Scheduled Monday through Friday
* Weekend rotation required: 1 weekend every 4-6 weeks, Saturday and Sunday
* Holiday rotation required: 50% of holidays during the assignment
* Coverage required throughout Aroostook County
* Travel between patient visits may range from 50-100 miles per day
* Orientation is 1-2 weeks
* EMR: Netsmart
