We are seeking Mental Health Monitors/Sitters to support a local detention center in Phoenix, Arizona. This is a PRN (per diem) assignment working in a correctional healthcare environment, monitoring at-risk patients under the supervision of licensed medical staff.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor patients on suicide watch, at risk of self-harm, or danger to others.

  • Performs visual or video monitoring for patients and reports findings and observations to the licensed nurse.

  • Completes and processes all required documentation.

  • Follows the directions of the medical personnel in charge of the respective unit.
