Machine Operator-2nd shift Stager

Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a Machine Operator-2nd shift Stager to join their team. As a Machine Operator-2nd shift Stager, you will be part of the production department supporting the manufacturing process. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, a commitment to safety, and a team-oriented mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Machine Operator-2nd shift Stager

Location: Jackson, WI

Pay Range: $21

Shift: 2nd Shift (2:00 PM - 10:00 PM, Monday to Friday)

What's the Job?

• Safely set-up and operate equipment to optimize machine capability and product output
• Apply knowledge and skill to troubleshoot and address routine equipment malfunctions
• Ensure high-quality goods are produced by checking for defects or malfunctions
• Follow safety policies, including wearing appropriate personal protective equipment
• Maintain accurate records and documentation as required

What's Needed?

• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• At least 2 years of experience in manufacturing or a similar role
• Strong technical skills and knowledge of various types of machines and equipment
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in various environmental conditions
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
