Home Health Physical Therapist Assistant

Intermountain Health seeks a Pelvic Health Physical Therapist to deliver specialized, patient-centered care within our integrated Healthcare & Medical Services team. In this role, you will evaluate and treat patients with pelvic floor dysfunction, including pelvic pain, incontinence, and pre/postnatal and post-surgical needs. You will create individualized, evidence-based treatment plans, collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team, and provide education that empowers patients in their recovery.
