This facility is seeking a Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation Physician for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.

Details and requirements for this opportunity:

Schedule: 1 day a week 9am - 5pm with one hour lunch.

Practice Setting: Outpatient Clinic

Scope: Ortho Sport and Spine - Must be able to perform injections

Credentialing Timeframe: ~2 weeks

State Licensure: Mississippi

Requirements: Active State License, Board Certified, Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA), Controlled Substance Registration (CSR) and use of EClinical Electronic Medical Record (EMR)
