Spine and Orthopedic Unit Registered Nurse

Reston Hospital Center seeks a Registered Nurse for our Spine Ortho Unit. In this role, you will provide evidence‑based nursing care to post‑operative spine and orthopedic patients, including assessment, pain management, wound care, mobilization, and patient/family education. Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, therapists, and support staff to deliver safe, patient‑centered care. You will monitor vital signs, recognize and respond to complications, administer medications, and document in the EMR.
