We are seeking a motivated physician who is excited to help expand clinical services and play an active role in the future of the clinic.

Position Summary

We are seeking a Primary Care / Family Practice Physician to join our team. The ideal candidate is clinically strong, collaborative, and entrepreneurial-minded-someone who is open to implementing new procedures (including in-office sleep studies) and interested in growing alongside the practice.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive primary care services to patients of all ages

  • Diagnose, treat, and manage acute and chronic medical conditions

  • Perform preventive care, wellness visits, and routine physical exams

  • Collaborate with clinical and administrative staff to ensure excellent patient care

  • Participate in the implementation of new clinical services and procedures, including sleep studies and women's health

  • Contribute ideas and support initiatives aimed at growing the clinic and expanding service offerings

  • Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation

  • Ensure compliance with all clinical, safety, and regulatory standards

Required Qualifications

  • MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school

  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine

  • Eligible for or currently holding a Texas medical license

  • DEA license (or ability to obtain)

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Openness to learning and implementing new procedures , including in-office diagnostics and sleep studies

  • Interest in practice growth, service expansion, and long-term clinic development

  • Prior experience in outpatient primary care or family practice
