Are you a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) looking for a rewarding career where you can truly make a difference? We're seeking motivated LPNs to join our nursing team and provide exceptional care in a supportive, resident-centered environment.

What You'll Do

As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you will play an important role in ensuring residents receive safe, compassionate, and personalized care.

Responsibilities include:

  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.

  • Monitor residents' conditions and report changes to the healthcare team.

  • Accurately document nursing care and resident progress.

  • Assist with developing and implementing individualized care plans.

  • Provide skilled nursing care, including wound care and other treatments.

  • Supervise and support Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs).

  • Communicate effectively with physicians, nurses, residents, and family members.

  • Respond promptly to resident needs and emergency situations.

  • Ensure compliance with all state, federal, and facility regulations.

  • Promote a safe, respectful, and positive environment for residents and staff.

Qualifications

  • Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of employment.

  • Graduate of an accredited Practical Nursing program.

  • Strong clinical and assessment skills.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.

  • Long-term care or skilled nursing experience is preferred but not required.

  • A genuine passion for providing outstanding resident care.
