• Call only -- 24hr shifts, 1 weekend per month
• 4 - 8 patients per shift; 1 - 2 average patients seen on call
• Rounding: inpatient and nursery
• Nursery Level I care -- pediatric inpatient and high-risk deliveries
• Intubation, central line placement, non-invasive ventilation required
• Attends C-sections and high-risk deliveries
• PICU and Nursery Level II/NICU experience preferred
• Ongoing assignment
• We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly
• We arrange complimentary housing and travel and comprehensive malpractice coverage
• We simplify the credentialing and privileging process
• Access to online portal for assignment details and time entry
