Grocery Manager Benefits & Compensation

• Competitive salary range of $80,000–$90,000
• Bonus eligibility up to $40,000 annually

Grocery Manager Requirements & Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of warehouse management experience
• Positive leadership style with a people-first mentality
• Experience managing P&L, inventory control, hiring and training staff, merchandising, cash control, payroll, and security/loss prevention
• Excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail
• Ability to thrive under demanding conditions while maintaining high standards

Grocery Manager Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Oversee complete retail and warehouse operations
• Directly supervise, coach, and mentor the team to achieve business goals
• Build genuine connections with guests and develop strong community and business relationships
• Ensure compliance with corporate policies and standards through clear communication
